Fellas, I hate to be the bearer of such a grim truth, but this message is long overdue. So listen up. If you take away nothing else from this piece, remember this: For women, size definitely matters. However, there’s good news for you brothers packing substandard equipment. Fortunately, keeping a woman satisfied has virtually nothing to do with the size of a man’s physical endowment; it has everything to do with the breadth of his ingenuity and thoughtfulness. And here’s the best part—the smaller the expressions of love, the better. |

"Tyra Banks and Naomi Campbell had a feud that lasted for years. They both admit the media blew it out of proportion because there could "only be one black supermodel" This past weekend I was in the dressing room of a store when I overheard two women talking in the room adjacent to me…Friend #1: “No that bi!*h didn’t have the nerve to get that dressed up to come to the mall. She is not the business and I know she thinks she’s all that!” Friend #2: “I know, why is he with her anyway?” I couldn’t help but to eavesdrop, it was getting so good! |

You’ve never felt this way about anyone before. You think about them nonstop and feel dizzy when they’re around. If you didn’t believe in soul mates, you do now. Your relationship is rivaled only by the magic of Walt Disney’s fairy tales. And so you’re thrilled when, three and a half years into your relationship, your sweetie invites you to a fancy restaurant for a romantic candlelit dinner for a serious discussion that “has implications for the rest of your lives together.” As you’re finishing your meal, your better half drops a bomb that instantly sucks every ounce of romance out of the air. At the thought of their temerity, you steam in silence, trying to figure out how they could even fix their self-interested lips to utter such a vulgar word. Yes, the “P-word.”

I was at a client’s Beverly Hills home one day during the Don Imus, Rutgers Basketball saga when we started to discuss the ridiculousness of his racist comments. I wasn’t surprised that she was outraged by his comments because they were not only racist, but misogynistic. But then she said something that a lot of people started to say to help take the focus off of Don Imus. “But you know, rappers have been calling women bitches and hoes forever.” I couldn’t disagree with her because it was true. Although I’m sure she’s never listened to one rap song a day of her life, I didn’t have the time, energy nor desire, to school her on hip-hop and how not all rap music is bad. |

Last week, ImperiousEnt.com blogger Tamerri Ater shared an insightful piece that presented an age-old question dressed in new-age slang: “Men, Why Are You Acting So Brand New?” She wondered why men wait to reveal their “true colors” after women have invested so much time and energy into a relationship. She wondered “why men break women down and continue to humiliate them time and time again by sleeping around and disrespecting them in public.”
